At Pliosaur Energy, we work responsibly to have a positive impacts on the communities within which we operate. We believe that societies and communities where we work should benefit from our presence.

Pliosaur Energy believes in consulting communities that may be affected by our operations throughout the lifecycle of each project. Our goal is to seek the necessary official permits and the informal permission—or social licence to operate—that communities may choose to grant or withhold.

We have a responsibility to our shareholders and communities in which we operate to be transparent in all our dealings. Our core values also require all employees and contractors do refrain from bribery or corruption in any form.

Pliosaur Energy is committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights, as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. In doing so, we will also support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At Pliosaur Energy, we treat employees and those with whom we come into contact with fairness, respect and dignity.
